The first official release of Xeoma in 2024 – Xeoma 24.2.14 – basically has all the improvements of the latest beta versions of Xeoma: Xeoma 23.12.7, 24.2.4, 24.2.14. That means that it introduces over 40 innovations, changes and improvements – including several dozens of new features like thumbnail previews above the timeline in Xeoma’s Archive Player, simplified remote connection using QR codes (works for P2P too), the long-waited for support for hardware acceleration with AMD Radeon graphics cards, support for webRTC in ARM-based machines, new notifications with mobile alerts about server outages, Text Recognition’s new optimizations to work with household or industrial meters, etc. ‘Old’ features like license plate recognition, detection of smoke or crossing a line, API, camera search, and others, are enhanced too.
