Activation successful but 0 cameras available

Q: I moved Xeoma to a new server after my old one broke. I did a reset and then I enter the license keys I have on the new server. Xeoma says that this was successfull. But it does not show the cameras. It says I only have a license for 0 cameras. Why?

A: You must have an old Xeoma license and a renewal for it, right? Looks like your Renewal was activated all right but your older license wasn’t – probably you didn’t reset the older license or are trying to activate it separately from the Renewal. Please try activating both your licenses together, like this: old_license;new_license (note the semi-colon in between and lack of spaces). It must work this way.
