Can I have a ‘detection accumulation’ screen in Xeoma, ie, one that shows up areas of movement?

Q: I’m struggling to set up a motion detection zone to exclude all unnecessary movement in it (like bushes flapping in the wind, etc.) I wonder if there is a ‘detection accumulation’ screen in Xeoma, ie, one that shows up areas of movement? It would be helpful to see the extent to which my movement detection is affected by environment thereby guiding tweaking the zone to reduce false alarms.

A: You can use Xeoma’s heatmap for that
Also, you can choose between 2 detection methods in the “Motion detector” module’s settings to eliminate false alarms by wind/rain/clouds etc.:
by comparing adjacent frames (the so called frame differences method)
or by comparing the accumulated background (the so called background subtraction method). You can try the 2nd one.
